Had a wonderful shoot with Kaley and her mother Melissa (who did Kaley’s hair and make-up) on Saturday January 24, 2015. Kaley is a senior and plans to study clinical laboratory and biology when she goes to college next fall, so I photographed her working with test tubes and wearing a lab coat. She filled the tubes with food coloring and dropped dry ice in to get smoke.
For the second set of images, we used large green hydrangea in her hair, and she wore one of the tops I stained with tea bags. I shot her on one of the green polystyrene backgrounds I painted and on black foamcore.
She also modeled the newest editions to my odds and ends closet, two jackets that belonged to Nancy Wilson of Heart. She is also wearing a little red hat with her prom gown that belonged to Ann Wilson of Heart. My clients are welcome to use these jackets and hat during a shoot with me.
I look forward to working with Kaley again. She is a wonderful model.
